Enhancements in Line Item Display 

Description

1. To select items, you can also use other fields from the following tables in addition to the fields possible previously:

• Line item

• Document header

• One-time account data

• Bill of exchange data

• Check data

• Payment card data

2. In the line item list you can display whether a document text exists for each line item and can display the text ID for the text.

You can also select and search using these fields.

Change system parameters in customizing

1. You define the fields in line item Customizing under Choose selection fields by selecting the corresponding table (document header, line item, and so on) in the field selection dialog box and then the corresponding field.

The procedure for the Find function is similar to the above. The respective option in Customizing is Choose search fields.

2. There are the following new fields in the field selection for selecting/searching:

• XTEXT: Texts exist

• TDID: Text ID

This means that you can only select/search for items which have text (or do not have text) and must also enter the text ID which is to be searched for.

You make the setting for the text IDs in Customizing under Define text IDs for documents.
