Additional Fields in FIDCMT01 IDoc 

Description

Within general function enhancements in FI (flexible general ledger) it has been necessary to enhance the FIDCMT01 IDoc for sending general ledger data per ALE by adding data fields.

This enhancement comprises the following fields:

1. IDoc segment E1FIHDR:

• GLVOR Business transaction

• USNAM User name

2. IDoc segment E1FIPOS:

• KOSTL Cost center

• PRCTR Profit center

• FKBER Functional area

• KOKRS Controlling area

• CACCT General ledger offsetting account

• PPRCT Trading partner profit center

• VBUND Company ID

• BEWAR Transaction type

• MENGE Quantity

• MEINS Base unit of measure

3. IDoc segment E1FIPRT:

• ZTERM Terms of payment key

• KIDNO Payment reference

• PYCUR Currency for automatic payment

• PYAMT Amount in payment currency

Installation information

If you have created a user-specific segment for transferring your own data for the FIDCMT01 IDoc and you use the 001 and 002 user exits for this (SMOD enhancement F050S001), then you should check whether these fields now exist in the new IDoc structure. If this is the case, you can leave out the user-specific segment and the corresponding user exits.
