Screen simulation for CATT test module parameter maintenance
Description
The maintenance of detail screen information has changed considerably
for 40C. The screen to be maintained is simulated and can be parameterized via special functions.
Changes in procedure
- The screen is now displayed in a screen simulation mode. This mode replaces the ABAP list field display.
This has the following advantages:
- Possible entries help (F4) and field help (F1) are available as in the orginal screen.
- TabStrips, Tablecontrols and nested subscreens can be maintained.
- Input field entry formats are checked.
- All checkboxes in a checkbox group are parameterized together. (Note
that only one checkbox can be selected.) The complete checkbox group is also offered for detail maintenance of checkboxes.
- If pushbuttons or tabs are chosen, the pushbutton or tab OK code can be set as the new OK code.
- The screen simulation mode has changed the screen field parameterization procedure:
- define an input field parameter.
- specify the parameter name.
- delete the parameterization
