As of Release 4.5A, the data transfer of sales documents has been extended to include the transfer of texts. You can transfer text elements at both header and item level. Each text element consists of a text header and one or more text lines. You can enter as many text elements as you require for each header and item, and these texts can be transferred, like all relevant document data, with the relevant communication structures.
The text header is transferred when you complete the BTEXHKOM communication structure and the text lines are transferred with the BTEXLKOM communication structure.
NOTE:
Ensure that when you create a communication structure, you always enter
a text header before the text line and that the text header is always followed by a text header.
There are two new fields since Release 4.5A in the VBAPKOM and BVBAPKOM
communication structures for transferring data from component supplier
scheduling agreements. These enable you to transfer external cumulative
quantities and their deadlines. The system uses this data to create a
correction delivery and enters a new beginning cumulative quantity in
the new scheduling agreement. The system cannot transfer delivery schedules into schedule lines.
You use the same data transfer object 90 (sales documents) for
scheduling agreements as for all sales documents in the Data Transfer Workbench.
