Description

Authorizations

As of this release you can maintain authorizations directly from Customizing for the document management system.

Approval

As of this release, you can define a comprehensive approval procedure where one or more people have to make a digital signature in order to approve a specific document status.
For this approval procedure, you must define the following in Customizing:

You choose the signature network for the approval procedure when you define a document status for a specific document type.
You can search for documents using the digital signature from the Document Management menu ( Environment -> Find digital signature).

Display variants for the document search result screen

The hit list for the document search has always been displayed with pre-defined document data.
As of this release, you can choose how and what data should be displayed. You can define any number of display variants in the hit list (Settings -> Display variants). Document data can be displayed in a maximum of three lines.
