Reducing the Number of CO Documents 

Description

Until now, when data records were transferred from the time sheet to Controlling, one CO document was filled for each data record. This led to a large number of CO documents, which made reporting on the data more difficult.

As of Release 4.5A, you can use five variants to control the filling of CO documents. The options range from filling all data records in one CO document to summarizing the data for each personnel number and combination of sender and receiver object.
