THis indicator ensures that the

leading change master record can be released for costing, planning, and production eeven if not all the allocated change packages have been technically released.

Use

If you set this indicator, you can:

• allocate change packages to a leading change master record after it has been released

• release leading change master records even if not all the allocated packages have been released

Dependencies

You can release a change package technically in the change master record (change header) by choosing the following: Edit -> Technical release. The system automatically sets the Technical release indicator.
