Editing Business Partners 

Purpose

Using the partner management, you can demonstrate all business relationships which arise for participating business partners in the course of the rental management of real estate. The main processes covered are:

  1. Determine the following in Real Estate Customizing:
  1. Maintain the master data. You can create business partners both by means of a central function and directly from the specific application (for example, rental agreement, rental unit). There are various edit functions available for this:

Change partner

Assign partner

You can call this function either from the master data menu (Master data  Partner) or from the individual applications.

Three functions are provided here:

a) You can assign a partner already existing in the system to the chosen role category.

b) You can create a new partner for the chosen role category.

c) You can maintain data for the partner and the role category.

You can call this function either from the master data menu (Master data  Partner) or from the individual applications.

You can edit a partner already existing in the system:

a) You can assign further role categories to the partner.

b) You can change the data for the partner and the role category.

You can call this function only from the individual applications.

You assign existing partners with role categories to the individual applications.
