Only the partners preset by SAP in the delivery are listed!
Depending on the setting in Customizing, there may be fewer role categories set for selection.
Since you can also define further role categories of your company in Customizing, it can also be that additional role categories are available.
If you have defined role types for the role categories, the name of the role type appears instead of the name of the role category but the original functionality is the same.

Owner

refers to the owner (with customer account) of a real estate object and is required for the owner settlement;
In this case, however, owner management has to be set to "active" in Real Estate Customizing.
The owners assigned to the business entity can be automatically copied to the properties or buildings.
To carry out an owner settlement, the following is required:
a vendor account has been created for each owner.

this vendor account (vendor) has been assigned within the master data of the owner.
