Editing Land Register: Section III 

  1. Choose the Section III function.

    2. You reach the screen Section III Encumbrances.

    The encumbrances you have entered within a loan contract are stored by the system in Section III of the land register.

    Here you can also enter the rights of third parties.

    In the Charges field, you can define the type of charge with the possible values (mortgage, land charge, annuity charge).

  2. If encumbrances are changed, you can document these using the Section III change function.
