Editing Land Register: Real Estate Register 

Here, you maintain the parcels of land as well as the appreciation/depreciation.
  1. Choose the Real estate register function.

    2. You reach the screen of the real estate register.

  2. You have the following options for maintaining data on the individual parcels of land:

Edit several parcels for a plot

the cursor on the required portfolio number and choose the Parcels function.

In the dialog box, maintain the data for the parcels and choose Back.

You return to the real estate register screen.

If you have maintained several parcels, the ">" character appears next to the Parcels field. This way, the system indicates that there are several parcels, in addition to the parcel displayed in the field.

Edit appreciation/depreciation for a parcel

the cursor on the desired portfolio number and choose the Appreciation/depreciation function.

Maintain your specifications for appreciation or depreciation.
