Editing Land Register 

You can create, change, and display master data on the land register. Below follows a description on how to proceed to create a land register.
  1. Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Master data.
  2. Choose Objects ® Land register ® Create.

    3. You reach the screen Create Land Register: General Data.

  3. Maintain your data and press ENTER .

If you have set an internal number assignment for the land register in Real Estate Customizing, then the land register number created by the system (internal identification indicator) is not identical with the land register page or land register page number assigned by the Land Registries.
  1. To enter the address of the Land Registry, choose the Land regist. address function.

You receive a dialog box Choose Partner: Initial Screen for further processing.

  1. After you have edited the Land Registry, you can edit the other data.
