Editing Rental Unit: Comparative Group  

Prerequisites

You can assign comparative groups of apartments only if you have created them beforehand.

If you want to carry out the rent adjustment of this rental unit using a comparative group of apartments, you can assign this rental unit to a comparative group of apartments.

You can also make an allocation within the master data of the comparative group of apartments.

Procedure

  1. To assign a rental unit to a comparative group of apartments, choose Edit ® Assign comp.group.

    2. You receive a dialog box.

  2. Choose a comparative group of apartments.

From the dialog box, you then have the following options for further processing:

Choose the function

Display comparative group of apartments

Comparative group

Cancel assigned comparative group of apartments

Delete.

Assign chosen comparative group of apartments

Assign or press ENTER .
