Editing RU: Conditions for CH Rental Adjustment

If you have activated the Swiss tenancy law within the business entity, you can maintain two further condition types (standard delivery by SAP).

You have to enter the standard local rent at any rate if you want to carry out a rent adjustment using this factor.

You have to enter the reserve from renovation/improvements at any rate if you want it to be taken into account with the rent adjustment.

The other rent reserves common in Switzerland are calculated with the respective settings in Real Estate Customizing during the actual rent adjustment run.

These condition types are not displayed in the rental agreement since they are only the basis for calculating the rent adjustment.
