Editing Rental Unit: Fixture and Fittings

On this screen, you determine the location description, the fixture and fittings as well as surcharges/reductions for the rent adjustment via the representative list of rents.

  1. Choose the Fixture/fittings function.
  2. Edit group box Location description
  3. This information is stored in the address of the rental unit as additional information and is taken into account when the correspondence is printed.

  4. Edit group box Repr.list of rents char.value
  5. If you have defined a representative lists of rents in points (such as for rent adjustment in the Netherlands), it is displayed here.

If a fixture and fittings category or location class (defined in Real Estate Customizing) belongs to the representative list of rents, you can maintain it here.

In addition, you can enter surcharges and reductions in percent for a rent adjustment via the representative list of rents in points.

  6. Edit group box Fixture and fittings characteristics

Choose the fixture and fittings using the List Fix./fitt.char. function. Fixture and fittings characteristics that are not relevant for the representative list of rents (no selection in the RLR field) are only used for information purposes.

In Real Estate Customizing, you define for each representative list of rents, which fixture and fittings characteristics are relevant for the representative list of rents.

Since changes to the fixture and fittings characteristics within the building master data are not automatically inherited to the rental unit, you will have to manually maintain these changes in the rental unit later.

Fixture and fittings characteristics are particularly relevant for the rent adjustment by means of representative list of rents in points ( Rent Adjustment The Netherlands).
