Editing Rental Units 

1. Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Master data.

2. Choose Objects ® Rental unit ® Create. You branch to the initial screen.

3. Enter the company code, business entity, rental unit and usage type.

Depending on the parameter setting in Customizing, the number of the rental unit can be assigned externally or internally.

To facilitate the procedure of creating a rental unit, choose the Copy from.. function.

Here, the precondition is that you have already created at least one rental unit. This function then creates a rental unit for you, using the data of a selected rental unit. You can adapt this data to the new rental unit.

  1. To branch to the next screen, choose Rental Unit or ENTER.
