Rental Units 

Definition

The rental unit (RU) is the basis for concluding a rental agreement.

It represents the smallest unit that can be rented.

Use

If you want to rent properties or buildings/parts of buildings, you assign rental units to them.

On the basis of these grouped and managed rental units, you carry out the first or subsequent rental using via agreement management.

The features of a rental unit are determined by means of usage types (for instance, privately financed apartment, parking space, advertising space). The usage type controls the type or tenancy (commercial, non-commercial, mixed usage), and which area types are allowed and which mandatory.
