Editing Building: Additional Data/Fixtures and Fittings Characteristics

To maintain fixture and fittings characteristics or additional specifications for the building, choose the Additional data function.

Depending on the representative list of rents, the fixture and fittings characteristics are relevant for the rent adjustment.

Fixture and fittings characteristics are defined in Real Estate Customizing. You can define them as required.
In Real Estate Customizing, you additionally determine by means of an indicator whether the fixture and fittings characteristics can be assigned to the building and/or the rental unit.
If you create a rental unit based on the building, the fixture and fittings characteristics of the building are copied.

Since changes to the fixture and fittings characteristics within the building master data are not automatically inherited to the rental unit, you will have to manually maintain these changes in the rental unit later.
