Editing Building: Values 

  1. Choose the Values function.
  2. Edit group box Values

    3. The maintained values are used for further information. They are not relevant to the system functions.

  3. Edit group box Option rates.

You only have to maintain this data if, due to the preemptive right of tenants regarding the sales tax, input tax processing is to be carried out.

you want to carry out an input tax deduction of the APC of a property

enter the calculation type for option rate in the Option rate calculation type field.

you have chosen a manual calculation type

enter the monthly option rates in the group box Option rates.

you have chosen an automatic calculation type

you do not have to make any further entries.

the system automatically calculates the monthly option rates by means of a function yet to be activated.

you want to display detail values for already automatically calculated option rates

double-click on an option rate.

If you have chosen an automatic calculation type, the system calculates the option rates, overwriting the values manually entered beforehand.
