Editing Building: Property Share

Here you determine which share of a building is in one or more properties. The following relationships are possible between the property and the buildings:

The building is built on exactly one property.
Fractions of the building are on several properties.

The total of the property shares has to amount to exactly 100%. If you save the building without having maintained this function correctly, this function is called up automatically.

To assign the building to a property by area, choose Extras ® Property shares.

The dialog box Shares in Properties appears.

Enter the shares of the building in the property or enter the shares of the building in several properties in cases where the building extends over several properties

In addition to the number of the property, enter the respective percentage of the building on the property.
