Editing Building: General Data  

In the General Data function, maintain the following data and settings:

  1. Edit Assignments group box:

    2. You can make the following assignments:

    1. For the Asset Accounting
    2. For a profit center
    3. For a business area
    4. For a Jurisdiction code

You can assign the hierarchical superior building in the Supblg (superior building) field.

By means of this field you can define as many subordinate buildings or parts of building as required for a building. A subordinate building itself can again have a subordinate building.

The data from the representative list of rents is displayed from the business entity.

If a representative list of rents with location classes is involved, you can maintain the location class here.

Choose Edit ® Functions to carry out activities that change the status of the building.
