Editing Buildings/Parts of Buildings 

  1. Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Master data.
  2. Choose Objects ® Buildings/parts of ® Create. You branch to the initial screen.
  3. Enter company code, business entity, and building number.

Depending on the parameter setting in Customizing, the number of the building can be assigned externally or internally.

To simplify the creation process, choose the function Copy from.

This is only possible if you have already created at least one building. This function creates a building with the data from an existing property of your choice. You may adapt the data to the new building.
  1. Choose the Building function or ENTER, then maintain your data.
