Buildings or their parts serve as a basis for renting apartments, warehouses, stores, etc.

A building manages:

• Technical fixtures and fittings characteristics
• Ownership structure

You can link buildings or parts of buildings together in a hierarchy. That is to say you can define as many subordinate buildings or parts of building as required for a building.

Buildings are parts of a business entity.

Property

A building (BU) has to be assigned to a property or to one or more property parts.

Rental unit

A building or its parts forms the basis for creating rental units.

Asset Accounting (FI-AA)

You can set up a link to Asset Accounting (FI-AA) using the business entity.

Properties as well as parts of properties of the same business entity are assigned to the corresponding asset super number of the business entity with a main asset number or a subnumber.
