Editing Property: Building Shares

In the master data of the buildings, you determine which share of buildings is in the property. The following relationships are possible between the property and the buildings:

The property is undeveloped or has exactly one building on it
The property has a building fraction built on it. The rest of the building is on the adjoining property
any combination of the above options with several buildings is possible

To display buildings that are on a property choose Extras ® Building shares...

In the dialog box, you can display all buildings, that are on the processed property, together with their percentages.

You can maintain these values only when editing the building master data.
