Editing Property: Areas 

Here the areas available on the property are displayed. The fields RU's tot and Difference are filled automatically if you have defined rental units for the property.

The rental units defined here refer only to the property (for example, parking spaces, pasture land) and not to the building on the property.
  1. Choose the Areas function and specify the required area type.
  2. Enter the area type and the date, as of which the area is assigned to the rental unit.

In this way you can assign areas time-dependently.

In general, leave the Valid from field empty. Enter a date only in one of the following cases:
    1. When the area size changes due to remeasurement
    2. A different breakdown of the area available.
  1. Enter the area size in the Area field and press ENTER .

Display the history of the area type valid at a certain point in time.

on the Key-day field, enter required date and press ENTER .
