Editing Business Entity: Reference Factors

By means of the reference factors you determine which units of measurement are used for the further calculation and processing of the business entities. These units of measurement are set up in Real Estate Customizing and defaulted by the system but can generally be changed.

Choose the Reference factors function.
Check the settings of the units of measurement and change them if necessary.
Enter a valid tenancy law.

The tenancy law controls the rent adjustment and the service charge settlement during further processing.

The tenancy law is defined in Real Estate Customizing.

If you want to carry out a rent adjustment by means of a representative list of rents you have to enter a representative list of rents defined in Real Estate Customizing.

If you enter settlement variants in the group box Settlement variants preassignment, these are then defaulted when you create a settlement unit for the business entity.
