Editing Objects: Address 

This function is same for the real estate objects Business entity, Property and Building.

When creating a property and a building, the address of the business entity is automatically copied. You can, however, maintain an address that differs from that of the business entity.
  1. To create an address, select the corresponding function from the menu item Edit. You reach the dialog box Choose Address. Initial Screen.
  2. Enter at least the country key and choose the Execute function.

The more details on the address you enter in the dialog box, the faster your system will work.

If your system has already stored several addresses for the clients, you receive a dialog box with an overview of the already existing addresses according to the selection criteria. If your system cannot assign your specifications, no addresses are selected.

  1. In this case, you have two options:

Choose an existing address

Create a new address

To do this, position the cursor on the required address and choose the Choose function

Choose the Create address function

Maintain the address data and choose the Copy address function.

In both cases you have the possibility of entering object-specific additional data, changing address data and displaying change documents in this function.

  1. To copy the address, choose the Copy address function.
