Editing Business Entity: General Data  

In the General Data function, maintain the following data and settings:

Edit Assignments group box

Here you can set up a link to a profit center, business area and a jurisdiction code.

  1. Edit group box Location

    2. This data is useful when you assign rental requests (applications) later on.

  2. Edit the group box Location

You will find this data useful when allocating rental requests (applications).

If you want to carry out a location-dependent rent adjustment according to the Swiss or Dutch law, make sure to specify the location of the business entity in the Location field.

Otherwise, you will not be able to carry out a rent adjustment according to the respective law.

  1. Edit Status group box

Choose Edit ® Functions to carry out activities that change the status of the business entity.
