Telephone integration is implemented in a
central architecture. The entries SERV1 to SERV3 each describe physical telephony servers with their attributes and RFC destination.Some
local work center solutions are also present in which the telephone is connected directly to the computer. The entries LOCAL1 and LOCAL2 describe ‘virtual’ telephony servers, that is, they group the settings for one or more work centers with identical attributes.ID |
