Description

Central creation

This function facilitates the creation of several work centers and/or user settings. Individual users only have to enter their telephone number.

Central maintenance

This function allows several or all work center settings or user settings to be maintained simultaneously.

Template settings

You can create one or more templates for user settings. You can use the central creation or central maintenance functions to assign the templates to a group of users (e.g. users with the same task area).

Simplified individual creation

The user selects a telephony server and enters a telephone number. This creates the work center and the standard user settings are assigned to the user.

Individual maintenance

The users maintain their own settings.
