Defining User-Specific Settings 

  1. Access either the Budget or the Organization component of Funds and Position Management as described in the procedure Accessing the Overall Budget or Accessing the Organizational View.
  2. Choose Settings ® Display.
  3. The Display User-Specific Settings dialog box appears.

  4. Select the appropriate tab page, and flag the Display options that you want to have on permanent display.
  5. Choose Continue.

Your settings are now saved in the system.
