Setting Up an SSP Exclusion for an Employee 

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Administration, then Maintain master data.
  2. The Maintain HR Master Data screen appears.

  3. In the Personnel number field, enter the employee’s personnel number.
  4. Use the matchcode function to find a number you do not know.

  5. Access the SSP/SMP Exclusions (infotype 0086) record by entering the infotype name or number in the Infotype field.
  6. Choose Create.
  7. The Create SSP/SMP Exclusions GB screen appears.

  8. Enter the exclusion reason ID.
  9. In the Attributes group box, enter the date on which the SSP1 form was issued.
  10. Save your entries.

Result

The system sets up the SSP exclusion for the employee.
