In this section you set up the statement
Employment statement acc. to § 133 Job Creation Act (AFG).

Before you can hand in a statement created automatically to the employment office, a written agreement must be made between the office and the employer. You must enter a note referring to this agreement in the statement itself.

As a software manufacturer, SAP has an agreement for the automatic creation of employment and earnings statements with the unemployment office in Heidelberg.

This agreement applies to the employment statement § 133 AFG - form BA III2.

The agreement applies to all customers who use SAP software and use the 'Statements' tool to automatically create the employment statement §133 AFG. This means you, as the employer, do not need to make an agreement of your own with the relevant employment office.

We are legally required to inform you that the employer is equally liable for incorrect or incomplete information on a statement created automatically according to §145 AFG as for the same information on a statement created manually according to the specifications of the federal labor office.

Standard settings

The statement has two pages and is set up in standard forms BE01 and BE02.

Sample entries have been set up for customer-specific printing, such as remuneration wage types, unpaid absences etc..

Activities

    1. Copy the standard forms BE01 and BE02 to create your own.
    Suggested names: ZB01 and ZB02.
    2. Overwrite the sample entries with the entries that apply to your company.

Notes

The statement must state all unpaid absences over the past 7 years. Please inform your administrators that unpaid absences are only calculated automatically for a statement period of 6 months. Data for the remaining period of time must be entered manually.
