Workload Analysis
Use
Using the workload analysis, you can determine the workload of individual employees, positions, jobs, or organizational units.
Workload analysis can be used to evaluate past results ("completed since...") and predictions for the future ("to be processed since...").
Prerequisites
You require appropriate authorization for the functions shown. This is an authorization for the authorization object S_PROGRAM for executing a program for authorization group 'SWI_WLA'.

A list of work items is displayed which were completed by members of the organizational entity (PD) before the specified date.

List Operations
You can call the definition of a particular single-step task by double-clicking on the relevant task.
Double-clicking on the plus sign in front of a single-step task displays the work items for the task.
You can display a work item by double-clicking on the relevant work item entry.
Export as an MS Excel Document
You can export the displayed list an MS Excel document. To do this, choose List
® Excel.Statistics
Summarizing for statistics
The information can be summarized for statistical purposes.
To do this, position the cursor on one of the following columns: OrgUnit, Agent, Task or Date and select Goto
® Statistics.Depending on the column you selected, the following information is displayed:
In addition, the following times are calculated:
For 10% of the work items, the duration of processing was shorter than the time entered.
For half of the work items, the duration of processing was shorter than the time entered.
For 90% of the work items, the duration of processing was shorter than the time entered.
Workload for Future System Analysis
A list of work items is displayed which must be processed by the specified date by members of the organizational entity (PD).
A work item must meet the following criteria to be displayed in this list:

This only applies to work items with the status waiting, in process, reserved, or executed, since there can only be a current agent in these cases.
This only applies to work items with the status waiting or ready since these do not yet have a current agent.
The list of work items is grouped by user and task. At the end of the list the work items and their tasks for which no current user exists are displayed under the header Not reserved for an agent.

When no date is specified, a user's workload corresponds to the contents of his/her work list in the integrated inbox.

Activities
You access workload analysis by going to the
Area Menu for SAP Business Workflow (Organization) or to the Area Menu for SAP Business Workflow (Development), and choosing Reporting ® Workload analysis (transaction SW15).
