Specify control data for repetitive manufacturing profiles
In this step, you determine certain control parameters for repetitive
manufacturing profiles. These parameters control how goods receipts, and backflushes are to be carried out. You determine,
- whether activities are automatically backflushed to the cost collector
- whether activities are backflushed according to the standard cost
estimate or according to the cost estimate based on production versions
- whether discrepancies in backflushing are to be corrected manually or
whether the withdrawal of an item for which discrepancies exist is to be refused
- whether the system is to log the backlog for items with discrepancies (otherwise no backorder posting is created)
- how and in which period the master plan is to be reduced after a goods receipt
- how the reduced planned orders are to be recreated when reversing a backflush
- whether reporting point backflushes are allowed or whether reporting point backflushes are optional
- whether the goods receipt is to be automatically posted at the last reporting point backflush
- whether a goods receipt and a goods issue is to be posted when backflushing or whether only a goods receipt is to be posted
