Offer of Contract
The workflow pattern for offering a contract illustrates the following process in detail:
When an applicant is assigned the overall status Contract offered, the system creates an employment contract for the applicant in background processing. The personnel officer can add any missing data to this contract and then print it out.
The person responsible for the position receives a reminder that he/she must sign the contract. This must be confirmed in the system when it has been done.
The personnel officer then has the task of mailing the contract and confirming that this has been done.
The applicant must return the signed contract within a period determined in workflow. After this period has elapsed, the personnel officer receives a reminder:
If the contract is received by the date specified, the personnel officer changes the applicant’s overall status to To be hired. This triggers the process
Preparation for Hiring. If the deadline is not met, he/she sets the applicant’s overall status to Rejected.
