Deleting Table Pools/Table Clusters

Please note that you cannot delete a table pool or table cluster if it still contains pooled tables or cluster tables. Furthermore, you must first delete the table pool or cluster from the database if it exists there.

Procedure:

  1. In the initial screen of the ABAP Dictionary, enter the name of the pool or cluster.
  2. Choose Utilities ® Pools/clusters ® Delete pool/cluster.
  3. A dialog box appears in which you are requested to confirm that you wish to delete the table pool or cluster.

  4. Confirm that you wish to delete the table pool or cluster.

Provided the conditions described have been met, the pool or cluster will now be deleted.
