Before you can create matchcode IDs, you must activate the matchcode object. In the maintenance screen for the attributes of a matchcode object choose Matchcode object ® Activate.

You will find information on the activation process in the activation log, which is displayed with Utilities ® Display log ® Activate. If errors occur during activation, the activation log will be displayed automatically.
