Totalizing Values and Deleting the Totalization

You can total one or more columns in the list.

You can display totals in sequential lists via column headers or via their subordinate rows.

Totalizing Values

Select the desired columns by clicking on the respective heads of the columns.

Choose Totalize values or Edit ® totalize values.

Please note that the system can only totalize columns containing values.

Deleting the Totalization

Select the desired columns by clicking on the respective heads of the columns.

Choose Totalize values or Edit ® totalize values.

Depending on the list, the totals row may contain information in addition to that of the summation level, if a number of stars ("*") are shown. The text can only be viewed if the lead column was wide enough when selected in the current display variant (see Defining the Current Display Variant).
