Editing Business Partner: Initial Screen Master Data

By means of this function, you not only create new partners for specific role categories cross-client but you can also assign specific role categories to already existing partners within a client.
The procedure for each role category is not explained separately because it is basically the same for all role categories.

Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Master data.

Starting from this menu, the following edit options are available:

Action	Choose
Create/change tenant, broker or owner	the respective function via the menu option Business partner.
Edit other role categories	Business partner ® Other roles ® Create/change. You then specify the required application, for which a partner is to be created and press ENTER . Then choose the desired role category and press ENTER .

In both cases, you receive the dialog box Choose Partner: Initial Screen.
