Inherent Flexibility

SAP Best Practices building blocks are re-usable tools and documentation to build a solution that meets your needs. They can either stand on their own or be combined.

The building block concept grants a high degree of flexibility. Alone, a complex building block can be a solution element. Combined, simple building blocks can form a scenario. A combination of building blocks can be used to modify an existing solution or scenario.

This DVD contains the documentation on all Building Blocks of the related SAP Best Practices package. To implement SAP Best Practices Building Blocks, get the SAP Best Practices configuration DVD. For more information, see How to Get SAP Best Practices.

How to Find Building Block Documentation:

  • All SAP Best Practices scenario documentation pages show which building blocks are needed to set up that business scenario. These pages all have a link to the technical documentation.
  • Access the Content Library for an overview of all SAP Best Practices building blocks.

Before you get started, read the Quick Guide. This document describes all activities you need to complete to ensure successful installation of SAP Best Practices.
