SAP Loss Prevention Analytics (LPA) provides a two-step process to identify critical POS transactions. In the first step, transactions that correspond to a certain pattern are filtered and stored in SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). You can define the pattern on the basis of pattern templates.

The second step of the process provides the analysis of these critical POS transactions. The analysis takes place using SAP BW reports, to which you can navigate up to transaction level.
