Package com.businessobjects.enterprise.connection

This package allows you to retrieve the metrics for each connection to a single Central Management Server (CMS) or for each active connection to each CMS in a cluster.

Interface Summary

CollateralId	The collateral ID represents a connection with an InfoObject type, such as a favorite folder, category, or inbox.
CollateralIds	The collection of collateral IDs associated with this connection.
Connection	Views the metrics for each existing active connection to a Central Management Server.

Package com.businessobjects.enterprise.connection Description

This package allows you to retrieve the metrics for each connection to a single Central Management Server (CMS) or for each active connection to each CMS in a cluster. The metrics will allow you to monitor authentication methods, failed logon attempts, the date and time of the last logon and last access, the user Id and user alias, and the name of the CMS.

Retrieving desktop plugins

Each object that is created with a desktop plugin is stored in either the CI_INFOOBJECTS or the CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS category in the CMS InfoStore, and is marked with a programmatic identifier (SI_KIND).
