XIMessageRecord createXIMessageRecord()

createXIMessageRecord() returns a object that implements the XIMessageRecord interface. JCA 1.0 does not specify how custom records can be created by the application. Hence all XI JCA adapters MUST provide a record factory create method to access XIMessageRecord instances.
