public interface ExternalizableException

This is a tagging interface for exception classes. It flags the exception as one that has been caused by an error from an external system, so that the error can be reported back to this external system. Otherwise (without this interface beeing implemented), only a default text can be returned that contains a reference to the log ID number under which the error was logged, so the system administrator can decide how to proceed.
