Specifies the conditions under which to calculate totals for an IBIAxisDimension. There are three possible conditions:

ON - specifies to calculate totals for an IBIAxisDimension.
CONDITIONAL - specifies to calculate totals for an IBIAxisDimension if it is based on more than one value. Totals based on just one value do not provide any valuable information, since the total value is equal to the single value upon which it is based.
OFF - specifies not to calculate totals for an IBIAxisDimension.
