The formatter generates the output format for the pipeline, e.g. the XML DOM
is serialized as HTML. The formatters are available:
JaxpSerializeFormatter: Serializes DOM
StreamFormatter: Get identical copy (do nothing).
FOFormatter: Transforms XSLFO data into PDF format.
