- Add action to this tool bar.
The action will be added as a button.
This action can be retrieved client/server side, in order
to update it's properties.
- Parameters:
action - the action to be added

- Add HTMLB component to this toolbar.
This comonent will not be part of the actions set
and must be maintained.
- Parameters:
component - htmlb component to be added
addSeperator

- Add a sepertotr to this toolbar.
This seperatot will be added in the place that
this method was operated.
