2.4.1 Using Attachment Types in the Form
Scenario
Attachments are used to provide additional information or supplementary documents. A differentiation is made between information that cannot be specifically classified (and that any process agent can add) and documents that are required for the business execution of a process.
In this lesson you complete the following tasks:
· You create the ZASR Relocation Cost Document attachment type.
· You determine the use of attachment type ZASR in form scenario ZTFS.
· You define the attributes for using the attachment type.
Choose Configuration of Forms/Processes ® Configuration of Forms ® Cross-Form Settings ® Define Attachment Types.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the following data:
¡ Attachment type: ZASR
¡ Name: Relocation Cost Document
3. Save your entries and exit the function.

1. In Design Time for Processes and Forms, choose Form Scenario in the object selection area.
2. Choose the form scenario ZTFS and ensure you are in edit mode.
3. In the object hierarchy area, open the Other Attributes folder and double-click Attachment Types.
4. In the object processing area, select attachment type ZASR (Relocation Cost Document).
5. Save the form scenario.

1. In the object hierarchy area, double-click Scenario Steps. A table with the form scenario steps is displayed in the object processing area.
2. Click the cell Attachment Types for the form scenario step FSS_1. A table for Attributes of Attachment Types of form scenario step FSS_1 is displayed.
3. In the Attribute column of step FSS_1, select Creation Recommended.
4. Repeat the last three steps to enter the attachment type attributes for form scenario steps FSS_2, FSS_3, and FSS_4 (see table for attributes).
5. Save the form scenario.
