Export and Import of Objects As XML
File
You can use this function to export the settings that you made for a process or form scenario from your ERP system, and save them as a local XML file on your hard drive. You can then import the local file into a different system, for example.

When you import an XML file, you overwrite all the settings that you made for the object into which you import the file with the settings from the XML file.
To import an XML file, you must be in change mode in the object into which you want to import the file.
...
1. Double-click the object that you want to export.
2. Choose Utilities ® Export to XML File.
3. Save the file in the desired directory on your hard drive.
...
1. Open the object, whose settings you want to overwrite with the settings saved in the XML file, in change mode.
2. Choose Utilities ® Import from XML File and import the desired file.
The system transfers the settings from the XML file into the object.
3. Save the settings transferred from the XML file for the current object.
